A Reiki treatment begins with an introductory conversation in which we briefly explain what Reiki is, how Reiki works and what the course of the treatment looks like. This allows you to relax better, knowing what is "about to happen". From the preliminary discussion, we can use the information you give us to determine the treatment.

After you have been informed about the procedure, lie down fully clothed on the massage table, close your eyes and enjoy the treatment with soft meditation music and dimmed lighting.

During the treatment we place our hands on certain body positions without pressure and allow the Reiki energy to flow in. You can perceive the Reiki energy as follows: as a slight vibration, tingling, throbbing, pleasant warmth or cold. After the treatment, you stay in bed for a short while and let it take effect. This is followed by a conversation where you can discuss what you have experienced with us if you wish.
