You can use the withdrawal form if you wish to withdraw from an order. If an item arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, please contact us with your order number and a brief description.

Shipping and book delivery rates

Free standard shipping from €100 in eligible standard shipping countries, excluding orders containing only books. Books: €5; Switzerland €9.50, United Kingdom €7.50, Norway €15. No shipping charges for downloads. See checkout for details.
