RETURN OF RECEIVED GOODS

Returns are accepted for 14 days from the date it is received by you, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer who is also responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged complete and protected

After receipt of these goods, we reserve the right to check them and then decide on their condition.

Before you send items back to us, we ask that you contact us briefly to coordinate the process. For hygiene and health reasons, opened products such as creams, care products, sprays and Bach products, as well as underwear, bikinis and bathing suits cannot be exchanged.

REFUNDS

We will arrange any repayments automatically after checking the goods to the account you used for payment (duration approx. 2-3 working days).

When paying by invoice and prepayment, the return transfer will be directed to the account from which the transfer was made. If you paid by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made to the associated PayPal or credit card account. If you used a gift voucher for your purchase, we will credit the corresponding amount to your gift voucher account.

As soon as we receive your order, we will do everything we can to process it immediately. As a rule, your package will be handed over to a shipping service provider on the following working day.

Spain : The delivery time is approx. 2-3 working days, so you will usually receive your package within 3-4 working days after ordering. Note that weekends are not counted.

Germany : Here the delivery time is approx. 3-4 working days, i.e. a total of approx. 4-5 working days after ordering. Saturdays and Sundays do not count here either.

Rest of the EU : Expect a delivery time of approx. 3-5 working days, i.e. a total of 4-6 working days after ordering. Weekends are excluded.Some items in our shop, especially printed garments, are only produced after the order has been placed and therefore have a different delivery time. This is noted with the respective article. Please do not confuse this with the "Pre-order now" notice. For details on pre-orders, we refer to our corresponding help text.

Pre-order products and receive a 10% discount on your pre-order as a voucher for your next purchase.
This means: for all products that we do not currently have in stock and the note "Pre-order now" is displayed in the shop, you can add this product to your shopping basket and pay for it. Within 24 hours you will then receive a voucher code worth 10% of the product(s) you have pre-ordered for your next purchase.

We always endeavour to deliver the desired items to you as quickly as possible. If you have items "with pre-order" and also items "without pre-order" in your shopping basket, we will process these items immediately (within the next working day) and send them to you. The items with a pre-order will then be dispatched to you at a later date once we have received these items. As a rule, we need 2 - 3 weeks until this item can be dispatched to you.

We currently ship within Europe. Shipping costs will be added at checkout. For orders over €50 we offer free shipping to Germany, Spain and other European countries. However, special shipping conditions apply to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom (GB).
