General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for orders via www.iris-aurashop.com
In the following we would like to introduce you to our general terms and conditions, which we use as a basis for the provision of all services provided on iris-aurashop.com. The offers on our website iris-aurashop.com are aimed exclusively at consumers who complete the purchase for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or professional activity. On iris-aurashop.com we offer you a personalized shopping and service experience tailored to your interests and needs.

1. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

1.1 By placing an order, you agree that you are acting solely for private purposes.

1.2 We conclude contracts via www.iris-aurashop.com exclusively in German, Spanish or English. You can select your preferred language via the language selector at the top of the website header or in the settings in your customer account when using the app. When ordering Iris Aura Shop items, your contractual partner is Iris Aura Shop, Carrer de l`Havana 48, 07150 Andratx, Spain.

1.3 By clicking the "buy now" button, you place a binding order for the items in the shopping cart. We will confirm the receipt of your order immediately by email after sending the order. A binding contract is formed upon receipt of the order confirmation. Please note that the ordered goods will be delivered in the event of advance payment (reservation) as soon as we have received payment of the full purchase price and any shipping costs. We therefore ask you to transfer the purchase price immediately after receipt of the order confirmation, but no later than within 7 days.

1.4 Services online, which are exclusively processed online, such as online sessions via computer, facetime, teams, zoom or similar media - you will receive an email after you have paid for them with further instructions on how to make an appointment with the organiser/ Therapists can arrange an online session. This email contains a confirmation and a Whatsapp/telephone number. about which all further agreements can be made. Other services are agreed by email and the other services are provided for fulfillment (e.g. questions to the Akasha Register, chronicle).

1.5 Please note that, exceptionally, we are not obliged to deliver the ordered goods if we have properly ordered the goods on our part, but have not been supplied correctly or on time (congruent hedging transaction). It is also a prerequisite that we are not responsible for the lack of availability of the goods and that we have informed you of this circumstance immediately. In addition, we must not have assumed the risk of procuring the ordered goods. If the goods are unavailable, we will immediately reimburse you for payments already made.

1.6 We do not assume the risk of having to procure ordered goods (procurement risk). This also applies when ordering goods that are only described in terms of their type and characteristics (generic goods). We are only obliged to deliver from our stock of goods and the goods we have ordered from our suppliers. We deliver orders within Germany, Spain and the EU. If working days are specified as deadlines, we mean all days from Monday to Friday inclusive, with the exception of public holidays.

1.7 You will be informed about the delivery time on the respective product detail page and before placing the order.

1.8 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if such order is placed by software, machine, crawler, spider or other automated web program or scripted behavior system or by using Third party services used to place orders on your behalf.

2. PRICES, SHIPPING COSTS AND EXPRESS DELIVERY

2.1 The prices listed in the offer at the time of the order shall apply. The prices quoted are final prices, i.e. they include the applicable statutory VAT. The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full. 


2.1.1.1 For orders within Spain: From an amount of € 50.00 value of goods, shipping is free, shipping costs below an order value of € 50.00 are divided into 2 price categories depending on the order value:

Order value from € 0.01 to € 20.00 will be charged € 5.80 and an order value from € 20.01 to € 50.00 will be charged € 9.50. You can then also choose whether you would like express delivery within 48 hours (calculated from the next working day and excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), in which case € 14.80 will be charged regardless of the order value.

2.1.1.2 For orders within Germany: From an order value of € 50.00 shipping is free of charge, shipping costs below an order value of € 50.00 are divided into 2 price categories depending on the order value:

Order value from € 0.01 to € 20.00 will be charged € 9.50 and an order value from € 20.01 to € 50.00 will be charged € 12.50. You can then also choose whether you would like express delivery within 48 hours (calculated from the next working day and excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), in which case € 18.90 will be charged regardless of the order value.

2.1.2. For orders within the EU: Free shipping on orders over €100.00. Shipping costs for orders under €100.00 are divided into two price categories based on the order value:

An order value of €0.01 to €20.00 will be charged at €14.90 and an order value of €20.01 to €100.00 will be charged at €23.50. You can then also choose whether you would like express delivery within 48 hours (calculated from the next working day, not including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). In this case, €20.50 would be charged regardless of the order value.

2.1.3 For orders to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom (GB): Shipping costs are divided into four weight classes depending on the shipping weight: up to 0.50 kg €35.00, from 0.501 kg to 1.00 kg €42.50, from 1.001 kg to 2.000 kg €47.50 and from 2.001 kg to 5.00 kg €52.50.

2.2.4 Special regulation for decorative items and products weighing over 5 kg: In exceptional cases, different shipping costs may apply for these items depending on size and weight - these are then described separately in the description of the item.

2.3 The shipping costs include VAT and will be charged additionally. The costs are incurred by Iris Aura Shop and are charged by Iris Auro Shop operators.


2.4 We offer express delivery for certain orders. You can see whether this option is offered for your particular order and the costs incurred for this in the order process or ask our team.

The goods are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days (please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not counted) and delivered to you by a transport service provider within 2-5 working days, depending on the delivery location. If this delivery time is exceeded, we will of course inform you. As a rule, our parcels are provided with a tracking number (tracking number), which we will send to you with the notification that the parcel has left our premises (email), so that you can always track your parcel.

3. PAYMENT

3.1 Basically, we offer the payment methods in advance, credit card, invoice and Paypal. With every order, we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts within the European Union (EU). Any costs of a money transaction are to be borne by you.


3.2 In the case of a purchase by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when we send the order. 


3.3 In the case of purchase on account, you will be informed on the order overview page before the contract is concluded that the purchase price is due.


3.4 You agree that you will only receive invoices and credit notes in electronic form.

3.2 We will automatically initiate any repayments to the account you used for payment. When paying by invoice and prepayment, the return transfer will be directed to the account from which the transfer was made. If you paid by PayPal or credit card, the refund will be made to the associated PayPal or credit card account. If you used a gift voucher for your purchase, we will credit the corresponding amount to your gift voucher account.

4. LEGAL LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS AND OTHER INFORMATION

4.1 The statutory liability for defects applies.


4.2 Warranty - We assure you that we maintain the highest quality standards for our natural products and strive to provide you with flawless products. However, since natural products are natural materials, they can vary depending on the time of harvest, weather and other factors. This also includes that photo depictions do not always correspond exactly to what is then delivered to you.

Please note that our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper handling or storage.

5. RETURN OF GOODS RECEIVED

Returns are accepted for 14 days from the date of delivery to you, the cost of return transport is borne by the buyer, who is also responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned complete and protected, packaged to

Iris Aura Shop, Carrer de l'Havana 48, 07150 Andratx, Mallorca, Spain. Upon receipt of these goods, we reserve the right to inspect them and then decide on their condition. Please contact our team before returning the goods to us so that we can coordinate.

6. REFUNDS

We will automatically arrange any refunds to the account you used for payment. If you have paid by invoice or prepayment, the refund will be instructed to the account from which the transfer was made. If you have paid by Paypal or credit card, the refund will be made to the associated Paypal or credit card account. If you have used a gift voucher with your purchase, we will credit the corresponding amount to your gift voucher account.

7. PROMOTION VOUCHERS AND THEIR REDEMPTION

7.1 Promotional vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased, but that we issue as part of advertising campaigns with a specific period of validity. 


7.2 Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed within the specified period and only once as part of an order process. Individual brands may be excluded from the voucher campaign. Promotional vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers. Please note that promotional vouchers may be linked to a minimum order value. 


7.3 The value of the goods must be at least the amount of the promotional voucher. A difference to a higher value of goods can be compensated with the offered payment options. The value of a promotional voucher is neither paid out in cash nor does it earn interest. The promotional voucher will not be refunded if goods are returned in whole or in part. 


7.4 Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the ordering process. Subsequent crediting is not possible. The promotional voucher cannot be transferred to third parties. Multiple promotional vouchers cannot be combined unless we have agreed otherwise. 


7.5 If you used a promotional voucher for your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the goods you keep if - due to your cancellation - the total value of the order falls below the respective value of the promotional voucher or this is equivalent to.

8. GIFT CERTIFICATES AND THEIR REDEMPTION

8.1 Gift vouchers are vouchers that you can purchase. These can only be redeemed for the purchase of Iris Aura Shop items, but not for the purchase of further gift vouchers. If the credit on a gift voucher is not sufficient for the order, the difference can be made up with the payment options offered. 


8.2 Gift vouchers and credit can only be redeemed before completing the ordering process. The balance of a gift voucher is neither paid out in cash nor does it earn interest.
