STATUTORY RIGHT OF REVOCATION:
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the Iris Aura Shop, Carrer de l'Havana 48, 07150 Andratx, Spain, telephone: +34 669 994 936, or by e-mail: info@iris-aurashop.com by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose. However, this is not mandatory. You can also fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration electronically via the contact form on our website. If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of your revocation without delay (e.g. by email). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the end of the cancellation period.
Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the period of fourteen days. The return costs are to be borne by you. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

End of the cancellation policy
Attention: The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
RETURN OF GOODS RECEIVED
Returns are accepted for 14 days from the date of delivery to you, the cost of return transport is borne by the purchaser, who is also responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned complete and protected, packed to
Iris Aura Shop, Carrer de l'Havana 48, 07150 Andratx, Mallorca, Spain. Upon receipt of these goods, we reserve the right to inspect them and then decide on their condition. Please contact our team before returning the goods to us so that we can coordinate.
REFUNDS
We will automatically arrange for any refunds to be made to the account you used for payment. If you have paid by invoice or prepayment, the refund will be instructed to the account from which the transfer was made. If you have paid by Paypal or credit card, the refund will be made to the associated Paypal or credit card account. If you used a Gift Voucher with your purchase, we will credit your Gift Voucher Account with the relevant amount.

We assure you that we adhere to the highest quality standards for our natural products and endeavour to supply you with faultless products. However, as natural products are natural materials, they may vary depending on the time of harvest, weather and other factors. This also includes that photo illustrations do not always correspond exactly to what is then delivered to you.
Please note that our warranty only covers manufacturing defects and not normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper handling or storage.
