For specific problems: Take 4 drops several times a day as needed. For chronic problems or old ailments, take the following daily:

• Either 4 drops diluted in a glass of water or beverage, several times a day.

• Or add 16 drops to your usual water bottle. Over several weeks or as long as the need arises.

Synergy of purifying essential oils:

Diffuse for 15 to 20 minutes (using an essential oil diffuser) or inhale 1 to 3 times for a few minutes.

Distribute in the children's room for no longer than 5 minutes. Don't ingest. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not apply to skin, mucous membranes and eyes.
